Wellness Chats
Wellness Chats are recorded live via Zoom. We meet online quarterly to discuss a wellness theme and engage in thoughtful discussions. Some chats will be informal group forums where we ask questions, share insights, and gain collective wisdom from our various interests related to health and wellness. Other chats are about a specific health-related topic. Wellness chats are around 40 minutes and can be enjoyed at your convenience.
