Equipment Recommendations:
-We recommend the equipment below to get the most out of your Refresh Holistic workouts. Feel free to use what you already have at home.
-Heavy weights (start with 8 lbs. or less and increase slowly when you feel ready)
-Light weights (2-5 lbs. or no weight if you have any joint sensitivity)
-Pilates ball (a 9-inch ball to help with core stability exercises)
-Chair (any sturdy chair at home works great)
-Step stool (optional)
