Intro to Yoga
Our Intro to Yoga program starts with a mini yoga flow to get your body moving mindfully and aware of your mind-body-breath connection. Over the next few days, layer in taking the tutorials to get more instruction on various yoga asanas or postures. On the last day of the program, put your learnings to practice with a longer yoga flow.
